Community Response referrer guide
Community Response: Local shopping or prescription delivery to a person’s home or accompanying someone to a social activity.
A person being referred for any of the activities in Community Response must have access to a means of payment – see payments guidance.
All support activities must be completed by 8pm, please don’t request support after this time.
Community Response includes the following activities:
- Shopping – small shop
- Shopping – large shop
- Pharmacy – collection/delivery
- Connect – accompany to an activity (e.g. lunch club, walks, accompanying someone to do their own shopping).
