The volunteer support available to you includes:
- Friendly phone calls for anyone needing a chat and a listening ear
- Essential shopping, prescription and if eligible, lateral flow tests delivery
- Delivery of small items of equipment and medication to people at home and between sites
- Support for people to enjoy hobbies or social activities in the home or in their community
- Steward Volunteers to support COVID-19 vaccination sites.
Please raise a separate referral for each type of support or task you require, even if the support is for the same person. For example, a separate referral will need to be raised for a shopping task and/or a check in call, as these tasks will be carried out by different volunteers.
