Expenses
We want to make your volunteering experience with us enjoyable, rewarding and safe, and believe it’s important to make sure you’re not out-of-pocket for doing so.
You can find full guidance for understanding how the process works and how to claim back reasonable expenses within 1 month of the expense being incurred, such as mileage, phone calls and bus fares using our NHS and Care Volunteer Responder Expenses System.
If you cannot locate your email with your SAP Concur Log In details, please email [email protected] who will be able to provide these for you.
Please note: Any claims submitted after 5pm on 19 December 2024 will not be processed until 2 January 2025, and payments will begin from Monday 6 January 2025. Claims submitted before 5pm on 19 December will be processed as normal.
