Expenses

We want to make your volunteering experience with us enjoyable, rewarding and safe, and believe it’s important to make sure you’re not out-of-pocket for doing so.

You can find full guidance for understanding how the process works and how to claim back reasonable expenses within 1 month of the expense being incurred, such as mileage, phone calls and bus fares using our NHS and Care Volunteer Responder Expenses System.

If you cannot locate your email with your SAP Concur Log In details, please email NHSVRexpenses@royalvoluntaryservice.org.uk who will be able to provide these for you.

Multi Factor Authentication

Multi Factor Authentication is now required when logging into your SAP Concur volunteer expenses.

If you need support you can arrange a Teams call where you can share your computer screen with a member of our Problem Solving Team who will be able to talk though the issue and if necessary take control of your screen.
