Community Response Volunteers

As a Community Response Volunteer, you would provide support with local shopping or prescription delivery to a person's home or by accompanying a person to a social activity in the community.

As part of this role family you can support in the following activities. 

  • Shopping - small shop
  • Shopping - large shop
  • Pharmacy - collection and delivery
  • Connect - accompanying to an activity

More volunteer activities will be added as the programme evolves to meet the needs of the NHS and local communities.

You will need a DBS check with Adult Barred check to carry out all the activities in this this role  - see levels of checks for more information.
