Terms & conditions for Easter prize draw

Entries

To enter this giveaway, entrants must have liked one of our giveaway posts on the NHS and Care Volunteer Responder Facebook page, commented to say what their favourite volunteering memory is.
By entering this promotion entrants agree to accept and be bound by these terms and conditions.
Only 1 entry per person is permitted per person/social media account. If anyone is found to use multiple accounts to enter, they will be classed as ineligible.
The prize draw will run from 13 March 2024 to 25 March 2024. It will close on the last day at 11.59pm (UK time). Any entries after this time will not be considered.
We are not responsible for entries delayed or lost in transmission. Even if you have proof of a submitted entry, this will not constitute proof of receipt by us.
The prize draw is only for NHS and Care Volunteer Responders who are residents of the UK aged 18 and over. Proof of volunteer registration will be checked against our database. Failure to comply with any part of this clause will disqualify the respective entry from the prize draw.
Please be aware that this prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook.

There will be 3 winners selected from all entries received by an independent party at random.
The winners will be selected and notified within 24 hours following the closing date and the winners will have until 23:59pm 27 March 2024 to respond from initial contact in order to claim the prize.
The winners will be contacted by comment on Facebook and followed up with a Direct Message.
If direct contact cannot be made with the winners or they are not available to accept the prize for any reason, which is beyond our reasonable control, then we reserve the right to offer the prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules. It is the responsibility of the winners to notify us of any change in contact information.
We may refuse or disqualify any entry if the entrant or anyone authorised by the entrant to deal with the entry, acts in a way towards us or other entrants which we reasonably consider to be inappropriate, unlawful or offensive. If the winning entry is disqualified, we reserve the right to award the prize to another entrant.

The winners will receive a voucher for an afternoon tea experience for two. The voucher is redeemable at multiple locations across the UK. See a full list of locations.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at any time. The prize cannot be redeemed for cash.

We will use the winners’ personal information only for the purposes of this prize draw. The winner’s personal details will not be kept on file by us and will not be passed on to any outside third parties. They will only be used for delivery of the prize.
By agreeing to the terms and conditions, the winners agree to their name being showcased on our social media accounts and website as a winner.

We reserve the right to suspend, cancel or modify this prize draw at any time, and for any reason, without notice.
