Set up your emergency contact

We are kindly asking all Volunteer Responders to set up an emergency contact in the GoodSAM app. We will only use this in the case of an emergency or at time where we cannot get hold of you, whilst engaged in a volunteering activity.

To add your emergency contact, simply go to the ‘Me’ tab on the GoodSAM app. This is a new feature, so it may not be available immediately on the GoodSAM app. Please ensure your app has the latest update installed and check back regularly to add your emergency contact if it doesn’t currently show.
